Refund policy
Due to the nature of artwork our refund and return policy is as follows:
Prints, stickers, and other art products: Returns are accepted on unused and undamaged products within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us to initiate a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and packaging. Once item is received by seller, a refund will be issued.
Commissioned Artwork - if an order is cancelled within 12 hours you will receive a full refund. Orders can be cancelled for a 75% refund until 72 hours after the sketches are submitted and prior to approving any. Please see About Commissions for more information regarding painting approval period, adjustments, etc. Refunds and returns are not accepted on commissioned artwork.
As the artist (Abigail Emmert), I have the right to cancel a commission at anytime during the commissioning and painting process due to reasons such as, but not limited to: poor reference photo, poor communication (at the discretion of the artist) from the commissioner, and commissioner dictating how the artwork should appear (such as, but not limited to, requesting changes to a completed painting that deviate from the artist's vision).
If a cancelation by the artist occurs prior to beginning the painting, the commissioner will receive a full refund. If a cancelation by the artist occurs after beginning the sketches, the commissioner will receive a 75% refund. If a cancelation by the artist occurs after beginning the painting, the commissioner will receive a 50% refund, with the exception of a finished painting (deemed finished by the artist) which the commissioner will still receive their painting and 0% refunds.
Original Artwork - Cancellations for a full refund are accepted prior to shipping labels being created. Returns are not accepted.
Gift Cards are non-refundable. All refunds are issued back via original payment method.
