Paint Party Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
All paint parties require a minimum of 5 paid attendees within 1 week of the scheduled event.
i.e., Your event is scheduled for October 7th, 5 attendees must have made payments by September 30th. If the minimum is not met, the party may be rescheduled one time with no fees or losses to the host or attendees. If the party must be cancelled, or if this is the second time the minimum is not met, 75% refunds will be issued to all payments made.
If Abigail Emmert Art must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued to all attendees.
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or illness, Abigail Emmert Art will determine if the party will be hosted as a virtual event at the originally scheduled time in lieu of rescheduling.
